What is the maximum weight of the Battle Bag® Sandbags?

The pre-filled sandbag holds a maximum weight of 25kg. But, you can adjust it whenever you workout by removing inserts. It just takes seconds.

Are the Battle Bags ready filled sandbags kit suitable for beginners?

Perfect for all fitness levels, as you can adjust the weighted bag and the intensity of your workout. We recommend beginners to start with lighter weights (or check out our unfilled multi-weight bag to fill it with whatever you have to hand), and gradually increase as you build strength. If you want to go intense, keep loading up the weight.

Does the pre-filled come filled with sand?

Yes, it’s already fully loaded up with 4 x 5kg inserts – we’ve done it all for you. All that’s left for you to do i you can adjust your workout in seconds (just unzip and you’re good to go) and all in one place.

What exercises can I do with a sandbag fitness bag?

Which multi-weighted bag is right for me?

It really depends on your ability and how custom you want the weight to be. To workout with lighter weights, you might prefer our unfilled bag to load it up with whatever you have to hand. For an all-in-one, ready-to-roll solution – our signature pre-filled sandbag gives you added weight of up to 20kg (in increments of 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg).

Are Battle Bag® sandbags good for building muscle?
